20+ captains will lead their own communities into a community showdown where squads compete through:
- Recruiting members
- Completing activities to earn points: ecosystem missions, match-day challenges, game nights, etc.
- Climbing both team & individual leaderboards together for $6,000 in rewards
Each Herond Cup team will represent a World Cup nation throughout the tournament, bringing football energy and community identity into the competition.
When a represented nation wins a match, its community receives a +500 bonus of Team Points. These bonuses only affect team rankings and exist as a thematic layer of the campaign, celebrating fandom, team pride, and community spirit.

How To Join
1. Join an existing team by finding one here!
2. Wait for your captain verification & onboarding instructions.
3. Complete activities and challenges to earn points and climb both the team and individual leaderboards.
- Notes:
- Players must join through their team’s referral link and cannot switch teams after verification.
- Reach LV2 (Active) by creating a Herond account and completing 3 active browsing days within 7 days.
- Each team requires a minimum of 50 members and supports up to 200 members – FCFS.
- Verified members must submit their Herond ID, Discord, and X usernames. Duplicate entries across multiple teams will be removed.
- Registration remains open throughout the campaign, but early teams gain a bigger advantage.
Activities & Challenges: How to Earn Points
- Engage Points: Join Herond Discord, link your X account via the Engage Bot, then interact with designated posts. EP counts toward both team and individual points. After the snapshot, the EP can be spent on Giveaway tickets.
- Win Bonus: Each team will choose and represent a World Cup nation throughout the tournament. If their represented nation wins a match, the team receives +500 Bonus Team Points. Draws and losses carry no penalty. Leaderboards update daily after match days.
- Match-day challenges: Each week Herond team picks one featured match. Captain votes for the winner (no score prediction). Polls open 12 hours before kick-off and close 1 hour before the match starts. Correct picks earn +200 Bonus Team Points.
- Game Night: Weekend sessions where teams battle in browser-based games on Discord. Games and formats will be announced 5 days before each session.
Points System
Total Points = Herond Points + Engage Points
- Herond Points (HP) : All HP earned from quests, browsing, shop, spin, and referrals on Heront Points system. Spending HP at Shop or Spin DOES NOT reduce your points.
- Engage Points (EP): Earn EPs by interacting with designated X posts (Like: 50 EP · Repost: 100 EP · Reply: 100 EP – Max 250 EP per post).. EP contributes to both Team and Individual Leaderboards simultaneously.
Leaderboards – Two Ways to Rise
- Team Leaderboard: Your team’s leaderboard ranking = The sum of every member’s Total Points (HP + EP).
- Individual Leaderboard: Every member has their own score running in parallel — independent of team standing. Single snapshot on July 5. The top 50 across all teams win. Captains excluded.

- Team rewards will be distributed by the team captain.
- All rewards will be distributed within 21 days after the July 5 snapshot.
- Herond Points reserves the right to withhold rewards from teams found violating anti-cheat rules.
- Final prize amounts may be adjusted based on the overall campaign scale. Any changes will be announced in advance.
